Welcome to our wedding blog!

Our wedding day is soon approaching! This blog is a great way to find useful sites and information surrounding our wedding. It is also an excellent way for you all to contribute, comment, and create links with other people attending.

Important Information:

Many of you may have never experienced a cultural fiesta of a wedding like ours, so here is some information that might help:

-Most people have 2 outfits for the day- one for the church service and another more formal gown/suit for the wedding reception.
-You may have noticed the large time gap between the church service and the reception. This is where guests go home, freshen up (as temperatures can get up to 38 degrees on a Sydney summers day-hence the change of outfit), get their hair done, get changed etc while we take our photos and relax for a bit.
- "If you were thinking of giving a gift, to help us on our way.
A gift of cash towards our house, would really make our day. However, if you prefer to purchase a gift, feel free to surprise us in your own way."
-It is also an Assyrian custom and tradition to give monetary donations as gifts.
- Wear your dancing shoes and be prepared to dance the night away!
